The local research shows that Bristolians care most about how EVs can improve air quality.

Over half of drivers say knowing they're helping the city breathe easier is the biggest perk of owning an electric car.

Cost savings and the quiet, relaxed driving experience follow closely behind, while showing off a green number plate ranks low.

Bristol is already on the move. Two-thirds of local drivers either currently own, have owned, or are considering an EV for their next car purchase.

Around a third already drive electric, another small group has owned one in the past, and many more are seriously thinking about making the switch in the near future.
