Katie Price has shared why she didn't report the celeb she claims raped her to the police.

The reality TV star has been touring the UK with her pal Kerry Katona. She reportedly shocked fans at a recent show in Bradford when she named her alleged attacker on stage.

Katie has reportedly made the allegation at their shows in Bradford, Stockport, Grimsby and on Wednesday (October 15) Scarborough. According to The Sun, she opened up further and explained why she didn't go to the police.

She reportedly told the audience: "He raped me and when it came out all my friends said I had got to go to police but I did not go to the police because i did not want to get involved with it all."

An audience member at the show has claimed "everyone was shocked" by the moment she named the star. They told The Sun: "People felt really sorry for her. It was difficult to hear that and it will have touched people who have been through similar horrific situations themselves."

In 2012 Surrey Police released a statement and said that they would not be investigating Katie's claims. The reality TV star did not make a statement to police and no allegation was made.

They said: "Surrey Police treats all reports of sexual offences very seriously and investigates them thoroughly, encouraging anyone who may have been a victim to come forward and providing specialist officers to support them."

"Based on our inquiries and the lack of substantiated information - particularly around locations and dates of any allegations - we have recorded an incident, but due to its very historic nature we are dependent on Miss Price's co-operation to formally record a crime and continue any investigation."

"Should any new information come to light, it will be diligently investigated and this position may be reviewed."
