As Amaravathy Home Foods' factory undergoes renovation this year, the brand will offer a slightly smaller product range compared to previous years. "We are focussing on hampers to suit all budgets. We are offering four types of gifting boxes for the festive season," says Nivruti Reddy, director of Amaravathy Restaurants.

The festive hamper collection includes: Assorted laddu box featuring ragi ladoo, sunnunda, maa ladoo and sesame ladoo (500 gms, ₹370); Assorted Mysorepak box with honey pak, ghee Mysorepak, cocoa pak and mango Mysorepak (500 gms, ₹400) and Traditional Tray, showcasing Andhra specialities such as pootharekulu, sagubiyyam murukku, uppu chekkalu, mixture, dal podi, idly podi and karuvepaku kaaram podi (₹1750)

Shree Anandhaas Sweets & Snacks

The Coimbatore-based brand, which launched in Chennai in July this year, is gearing up for the festive season with a Deepavali Sweets Thiruvizha to be held across all its outlets from October 16 to 19. During the event, customers can choose from a wide range of festive gift boxes that cater to different budgets. Started in September 2021 by Ramya Ramamurthy, Ritvik Sweets and Snacks, is a family-run venture guided and mentored by cookery expert Yogambal Sundar. Ramya explains that their mission has always been to offer high-quality sweets and savouries made from the finest ingredients, without the use of preservatives, which is why their products have a shelf life of just 10 days.

The brand's signature snacks include peanut pakoda, thattai, special mixture, kai murukku, thaenkuzhal and manoharam. They also feature Andhra specialities such as kajjikayalu and pootharekulu, alongside a wide range of traditional South Indian sweets and snacks.
