Holly Hagan took to social media on Monday to show off her shrinking waist following her jaw-dropping two stone weight loss.

The former Geordie Shore star, 33, revealed earlier this year that her 'biggest regret' in life was spending around £30,000 on botched surgery.

And six months later, she has dropped her new body on Instagram, revealing she has lost a significant amount of weight due to a calorie deficit - after previously sharing how she was trying to reduce her Brazilian Butt Lift, or BBL 'naturally'.

Posting to her loyal followers, Holly shared side-by-side snaps that showed off her body pre-weight loss, alongside her current physique.

She gave birth to her only son - Alpha-Jax Blyth - who was born in June 2023, and has unveiled her postpartum body.

Holly said she dedicated only 20 minutes a day to exercise to achieve her new look.

Alongside this, Holly has undergone a host of operations over the years including lip fillers, Botox, injections, jaw fillers, nose-fillers, a non-surgical bum lift and three boob-jobs.

In her update, she penned: 'Losing 30lb in 6 months postpartum whilst eating the foods I love and giving just 20 mins per day to exercise.'

She went on to plug her app, Team Fitty, adding: 'Finding a programme that suits your life especially as a busy mum can be so hard. The science is simple, but it doesn't mean it's easy to put into practice.

'Our aim is for you to be able to succeed whether you have the time to workout or not. We simply make sure your calories are matching your activity level, you get some steps in for your mental health and have our incredible community for support!'

It comes after Holly revealed that the surgeries, which she thought would be a 'quick fix', are her biggest regret.

The video showed a before and after shot, with Holly initially videoed in a red Calvin Klein set before showing her incredible body transformation in a brown bikini highlighting her toned figure.

The video's caption read: 'My biggest regret in life was getting multiple surgeries because I simply didn't understand how to change my body with diet and exercise.

'I thought it would be a quick fix, but instead left me botched with thousands of pounds down the drain.

'It only took ONE person to explain it to me in a way I could understand. Giving me a programme that allowed me to eat chocolate and the foods I love daily and still where I wanted to be.

'I didn't know this was possible. It went against everything I'd ever heard about dieting. And I just love that my job is now helping others understand this too!'

She revealed she has been on a mission to 'reduce her BBL naturally' through 'heavy resistance' and aerobic workout sessions.

The BBL surgery involves extracting fat from one area of the body, such as the waist or thigh, and implanting it into the buttocks.

Opening up about the dangers of surgery, the MTV alum admitted she regrets 'not being educated' on fitness and now wants to help others through her experience.

Holly welcomed her first child, Alpha-Jax Blyth, with husband Jacob Blyth last June after marrying the footballer in a summer Ibiza wedding six months earlier.

The couple had first met at the start of 2017, becoming official just a few months later.
