A Pennsylvania family got an unexpected visitor at the start of their trip to New Hampshire, their cat, Ray Ray.Two hours into the drive, they stopped for gas and found Ray Ray on the roof of their car.Ray Ray stayed put through wind, bumps, and highway traffic.With no time to turn back, he joined the family on their trip to the Granite State. "We're already so far into the trip, we have a long way to go to get to New Hampshire, so my husband says, 'Well, he's just going to have to come with us,'" said Mara Denardo, Ray Ray's owner. "He had such a good time and a great adventure. I actually did videos and pictures everywhere we went of him, and it was just like his whole adventure." During the trip, Ray Ray was carried across the finish line in a marathon and saw the sights of New York before the family returned home. Ray Ray has since inspired Denardo to write a children's book series, the first of which is called "The Cat Who Wouldn't Stray."
